- All products we open-box have scratches and dents, are sold as they. We are not responsible for bumps, scratches, or dents once the product is delivered.


-We do not accept exchanges or refunds for ANY PRODUCT, the guarantee only covers malfunctions or technical issues of the product.


- The warranty by the manufacturer of the Samsung must be registered by the website OR call 1 (800) SAMSUNG (726-7864). THERE YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT WARRANTY.


- IN CASE THE REFRIGERATOR HAS TO BE DISASSEMBLED BECAUSE IT DOES NOT ENTER THROUGH THE DOOR OF THE HOUSE, IT HAS AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $80 for each refrigerator that has to be disassembled. If there are any step or steps in the house or apartment, an additional charge will be made for each step.


-We are not responsible if when the appliances are being installed the technician finds any plumbing, electricity, or current problems in the house. We are only responsible for Appliances that have been purchased and are being installed.


-If the client calls for technical service and as soon as the house is reached the equipment is poorly installed by the client, that is, The Appliances Outlet did not do the installation, it automatically loses the warranty.

EN CASO DE QUE LA NEVERA SE LE TENGAN QUE DESARMAR LAS PUERTAS POR QUE NO ENTRA POR LA PUERTA DE LA VIVIENDA TIENE UN COSTO ADICIONAL DE 80$ por cada nevera que se tenga que desarmar. Si hay algΓΊn escalΓ³n o escalones en la casa o apartamento, se harΓ‘ un cobro adicional por cada escalΓ³n.

-No nos hacemos responsables si cuando se estΓ© instalando los aplliances el tΓ©cnico encuentra alguna plomerΓ­a, problemas de electricidad o corriente en la vivienda. Solo nos hacemos responsables por los Appliances que se compraron y se estΓ©n instalando.

-Si el cliente llama por servicio tΓ©cnico y en lo que se llegue a la vivienda el equipo esta mal instalado por parte del cliente, es decir, The Appliances Outlet no hizo la instalaciΓ³n, automΓ‘ticamente pierde la garantΓ­a.

-GARANTIA EXTENDIDA, Productos OPEN BOX los primeros 30 dΓ­as serΓ‘n con The Appliances Outlet 786-518-7560 a partir del dΓ­a 31 es un (1) aΓ±o de garantΓ­a con APPLIANCES SHIELD LIMITED WARRANTY

(800) 905-0443, Si llegase a necesitar la garantΓ­a despuΓ©s del dΓ­a 30 en lo que el tΓ©cnico llegue a su casa tendrΓ‘ que realizar un pago ΓΊnico de 100$ por producto. La garantΓ­a una vez que se haga la solicitud se realizara en un plazo de 24 a 48 Horas por la compaΓ±Γ­a

-Una vez que firme, esta aceptando todos los tΓ©rminos y condiciones establecidos por la compaΓ±Γ­a. Esto quiere decir que esta al tanto y de acuerdo con cada uno de los puntos antes mencionado.

No se aceptan cambios del producto ni devoluciΓ³n de dinero, Si despuΓ©s no quiere el artΓ­culo que ya selecciono y compro previamente, en caso de tener algΓΊn defecto de mal funcionamiento SE TIENE QUE CUMPLIR LA GARANTIA y el producto serΓ‘ reparado, NO SERA CAMBIADO. Una vez removido el plΓ‘stico protector que lleva el Appliance, pierde su calidad como NUEVO, y no podrΓ‘ ser reemplazado ni devuelto en ninguna circunstancia.
